About Me
I started my podcast for bereaved Mothers about 18 months after my 29-year old son went to Spirit, and my audience quickly grew to women who are healing from all forms of trauma and loss. Before my son went to Spirit, I had been working with women to help them heal from burnout, overwhelm and exhaustion. As I navigated my own grief and healing journey, I realized could use everything I'd been doing to help women heal in a different way. My podcast is my way of offering hope and inspiration to women, helping them find moments of joy in the everyday.
